  • Because our products use unrefined and cold-pressed oils, butters, and botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, scent, or consistency may occur between batches. These variations are natural and do not affect the efficacy or safety of the product.
  • We take care to provide accurate descriptions and ingredient lists, but natural variations are expected.

  • Color: Oils and butters can range in color due to seasonal or botanical variations.
  • Texture: Natural oils and butters can soften, harden, or separate depending on temperature changes.

Customer Assurance

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

  • Returns accepted: Within 10 days of receipt, for unopened and unused products only.
  • Store credit: May be offered for opened products at our discretion.
  • Damaged or defective items: Full refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Final sale items: Custom orders, sale items, or clearance items cannot be returned.
  • To return a product: Contact us at kittysbraids01@gmail.com before sending any items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
