Formula Update Notice: As of November 12, 2025, this product has been upgraded to a COSMOS Organic-certified, aloe-based gel cleanser with a richer, thicker texture. Because of this improved formula, pads absorb the liquid more gradually and may show lighter areas. If needed, gently press or squeeze pads inside the jar to evenly redistribute the cleanser. This upgraded gel base is designed to remain present throughout the jar, ensuring consistent saturation and performance from the first pad to the last. Unlike thinner formulas that fully absorb into pads, this richer texture preserves the active cleanser for continued effectiveness.
Pad Saturation Notice: Because this is a thick, aloe-rich cleansing base( formula is a gel-based cleanser), pads may absorb the liquid more slowly. If pads feel dry in the center and absorbs into pads gradually or If pads appear unevenly saturated, flip the jar upside down or gently press the pads inside the container to allow the liquid to distribute evenly.
Instructions:

Begin with clean, dry hands.

Remove one cleansing pad from the jar.

Wet face with warm water

Gently wipe over face and neck, rubbing in circular motions, avoiding the eye area, and harsh scrubbing.

Allow the cleanser to sit on skin for up to 2 minutes.

Add a small amount of water, massage lightly, then rinse thoroughly.

Follow up with heavy Moisturizer (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP)

Use 2–3 times per week (Start with 1-2 times if your a new user)

And yes, this is natural but natural doesn't always mean without impact. Even plant-derived ingredients are active and effective which is why this formula can work. This cleanser contains Turmeric & Kojic acid, two powerful naturally occurring ingredients know to help brighten hyperpigmentation even sin tone & reduce acne. while the ingredients are gentle compared to synthetic chemicals, they are still active compounds & may cause dryness or sensitivity in certain skin types- especially those with very dry or delicate skin. That doesn't make it harmful - just effective. Drying effect is similar to African black soap and can be balanced by following up with a good moisturizer & sunscreen but I always recommend performing a patch test when trying new products, as it can sometimes cause irritation due to high its concentration.
